Sorento solutions include training for both managers and front of house staff. Our aim is to make our customers self sufficient. At Sorento, we prefer to look for new customers rather than charge our existing customers for services they could be trained to perform themselves.

In addition, we encourage all our customers to connect their systems to the internet which allows our local support desk to remotely access their system and rectify issues without an on-site visit.
